athletes, you likely only pay attention to your
nutrition in the last few days leading up to a
race. You might eat a healthy diet, but does
your diet support your training? Do you eat to
train? Or, do you train to eat? Learning to
periodize your nutrition to match you training
can often be a critical factor in performance.
This interactive class will teach you how to
develop your own periodized nutrition program to
help you reach your training and racing goals.
