CDA
No Boundaries:
A three-month beginner’s training program to
help you run your first 5K. Walk-to-run program
provides motivation, guidance and advice to keep
you moving. Goal race: CDA Race for the Cure on
Sept. 26.
Weekly group training & education
on nutrition, gear and injury prevention.
Workouts Mondays and Wednesdays
at 6 p.m., Saturdays at 8 a.m.
Orientation meeting Wednesday,
June 30 at 6 p.m. at Fleet Feet.
Workouts begin July 3.

Running 101:
A 12-week, beginning-level training course for
those wanting to tackle a 10K (6.2 miles).
Target event is the Scenic Half/10K in Sandpoint
on Sept. 19.
Weekly group training and
education. Workouts Mondays and Wednesdays at 6
p.m., Saturdays at 8 a.m. Orientation meeting
Wednesday, June 30 at 6 p.m. at Fleet Feet.
Workouts begin Saturday, July 3.

advanced runners. Twelve-week program for summer
