511 Sherman Avenue in Coeur d'Alene, ID 83814. (You can click on the
address for a detailed map & directions). Our downtown location is just
blocks from Tubbs Hill and the Centennial Trail.
You can reach us from
I-90 by taking the Northwest Blvd or 4th Street Exit and heading South -
then East on Sherman. Or, if you're coming from east of Coeur d'Alene,
you can take the Sherman Avenue exit and then keep heading West until
you get to downtown Coeur d'Alene. We are between 5th & 6th Streets on
Sherman Ave.

and fitness enthusiasts in North Idaho. We’re runners who appreciate the
athletic lives of our customers, whether they’re working their way
around the block, training for their first 5K, or experienced athletes.
We offer professional service in a friendly, supportive environment,
with the latest in technical and performance products.
