
5K Training Program
March 7 – May 29, 2011
A BEGINNING TRAINING PROGRAM TO PREPARE YOU TO RUN/WALK YOUR FIRST 5K (3.1 MILES). THE 12-WEEK PLAN TARGETS THE COEUR D’ALENE MARATHON’S 5K RUN ON MAY 29, 2011.
No Boundaries meets three times a week, Mondays & Wednesdays at 6 p.m. & Saturdays at 8 a.m. at Fleet Feet. We offer a supportive, beginner-friendly training atmosphere. It’s a great fit for wanna-be ex-couch potatoes, friends and family of runners and triathletes tired of sitting on the sidelines, or anybody who needs an encouraging group dynamic to help them get started down the road to a healthy lifestyle. Program fee is $65 and includes:
*Three coached workouts a week * 12-week training plan * Weekly emails on training, nutrition and motivation * Technical T-shirt * Special in-store discounts on shoes, apparel and accessories at Fleet Feet * Clinics and guest speakers on nutrition, strength training and sports psychology * A New Balance running jacket for completing 30 of the 36 workouts.
THERE WILL BE AN ORIENTATION MEETING AT FLEET FEET ON MARCH 2 AT 6 P.M.

If you discontinue the Fleet Feet Sports training program by March 22, 2011, you will be given a full refund.If cancellation occurs after March 22, 2011, no refund will be given.I understand that adverse weather conditions are an inherent possibility in any outdoor exercise class. I understand that adverse weather conditions are out of the control the Fleet Feet Sports training program. I understand that class may be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, including weather service alerts for dangerous air quality. I understand that no refunds or make-up classes will be given in the event of cancellation for adverse weather conditions.
