Boot Camp's back! Build a better running bod at Running Boot Camp by Fleet Feet CDA and Trail Maniacs! Twice weekly sessions will improve core strength, speed and agility through body weight exercises and drills in a fun group setting that welcomes every fitness level. Lead instructor Dave Dutro is a certified personal trainer with an extensive background working in physical therapy settings specializing in corrective and strengthening exercises. Classes are at 6 a.m. Monday and Wednesday at Fleet Feet. Classes start Nov. 19, are offered in four-week blocks and limited to six people per class (we only have so much room). Cost is $75 per block. Call the store or stop in to sign up before it's too late!


YOGA

Get in touch with your running body and work out those kinks from the weekend with Yoga for Runners, Mondays at 6 p.m. at Fleet Feet starting Nov. 19. Run coach and yoga instructor Heather Harmon Reed knows the movements and poses to practice to unlock those body parts bound by miles and stiffened from all that stretching you never do afterwards. We're running four-week sessions at $12 per class for drop-ins or $40 for the four weeks. For the first class we'll gladly accept food donations for Community Action Partnership Food Bank in lieu of payment.
