It's no stretch to say most runners need better flexibility and balance to keep their bodies in good working order.
Enter Yoga for Runners, our new class taught by Heather Harmon Reed, yoga instructor and running coach, Wednesdays at 6 p.m. at Fleet Feet Coeur d'Alene starting February 7.
Classes are 60 minutes each.
Cost is $12 per class for drop-ins, or $40 for the whole four-week block.
We'll work on those areas both abused and neglected by running with basic moves and poses you'll be able to work into your daily routine. Yoga newbies with brittle bodies are welcome. We promise we won't break you. Stop in to sign up, or call us at 765-7604.
